7. There must be a ‘coming together’ of the whole house

Ezekiel 37 talks about the two separate sticks, or houses of Israel. If they were never separated, this scripture cannot be explained or fulfilled. Also the N.T. scripture would have no meaning: "All Israel shall be saved." So, there must be a coming together again. It is obvious where Judah and "his companions" are, as they mostly kept their identity and the ways of the house. Israel’s identity is somewhat obscure, and also their whereabouts. Many people have studied the migration of the 10 Tribes in depth, and there is much historical (and archeologically true) evidence of these wanderings and their probable present locations. However, we read in the Old Covenant scriptures, and also in the New Testament that Yahweh Himself will re-gather them, and to do this, He obviously knows where they all are! The two houses shall once more come together, and in peace! (Read Isaiah 11:13 "...the envy also of Ephraim shall depart...and Judah shall not vex Ephraim...") The separation was Yahweh’s doing, (Read 1 Kings 12:24) and the joining together "In the hand of the prophet" (Eze.37)also will be His doing. |
8. What is happening in our day?
The nearer we approach the Messianic age, the more apparent the house of Ephraim will become. Yahweh Himself is preparing their hearts. Who is pro-Jew? Who is pro-Israel in our day? Who are all these people who are feeling quickened to pray for Israel? Why the sudden interest in things Hebraic? Why the desire to find our roots? Why the growing interest in the holy names Yahshua and Yahweh? Why are some believers helping Jewish people home? Why are some believers today desiring to hear about and to enjoy the blessings in the Biblical Sabbath day, and beginning to honour Saturdays? Some Christians in our day are keeping the Biblical Feasts? Yahweh is beginning to teach them His laws, and write them in their hearts, as He has promised, because the New Covenant is to The house of Judah and the House of Israel. Read what Yahshua Himself said at the last supper!
To get back to some evidence and history...
9. Where did the 10 Tribes wander? Where are they now?
As I have already stated, many writers and historians have written accounts of the migration and subsequent movement of the Northern Tribes.
After being assimilated into Assyria, where many of the most noble, and those showing expertise and abilities in their fields were put to work to enhance the Assyrian way of life, and the armed forces, (as many of the Israelites were Champion horse trainers)
During and especially after the Assyrian Empire began to disintegrate and be taken over by the Persians, the Tribes began to migrate, en masse, north, of their locations.
Many of them became known in Southern Russia as Cimmerians, Scythians, Goths, Celts. They lost their Hebraic identity, and inherited their carnal desires and ambitions to become as other nations.
The first tribes to move were those called Cimmerians which initiated the Celtic civilization, settling around Europe, where they linked up with other exiles of Hebrew descent who by sea had been taken to Spain and its regions. Others migrated in other directions, and became mixed with the nations into which they were assimilated.
Read Hosea 7:8 "Israel will mix himself among the peoples..."

There is much scriptural evidence to support this loss of identity, among Gentile peoples; Gen. 17:1-6, "...appeared to Abraham...you shall be a father of a multitude of nations..." This literally means, using the Heb. for nations, hamon goyim = multitude of gentiles (nations) Abraham prayed, that Jacob would be blessed. Read Gen. 28:14 "...bless thee, and make thee...a multitude of people:..." This literally means, that from Jacob would come a multitude, a congregation (from the Hebrew Kahal = "called out ones" He also promised Jacob, that his offspring would "spread abroad to the west, east, north and south..." Later, Jacob’s blessings to Joseph, giving him a double portion endorses our findings. From him would come "a company of peoples" Ephraim and Manasseh would become "teeming multitudes upon the earth..." (Read 1 Chron. 5:2,Gen. 48:1-22) |

(Note: Many today who are unwittingly returning to Celtic heraldry, jewellery, clothing of the Goths, pagan practices may be people who are seeking out their Hebraic ancestry without realising what is happening within themselves.) Early Celtic Cimmerians carried metallic bulls during their migrations, and there is much evidence of standing stones throughout Europe. The early practice of passing through the fire (- which is even called Beltane after the chief Israelite deity Baal -) is practised in many places in Europe, especially and annually in Sweden, N.E. England and Scotland. |
Pagan Saxons in Europe worshipped at a gigantic pole called Erminsul which Charlemagne cut down.
Celts moved into Europe via the Balkans and the Danube valley. Assyrian helmets and other archeologically proven relics found, including swords etc.
The Israelite Smiths dominated metal craft of Assyria, Babylonia and Ethiopia. Every place they settled, there is excavated evidence of their expertise, iron work especially.
The modern Welsh people call themselves Cymry, this word is derived directly from Kimmeri, or Cimmeri, Cimmerians, their ancestors.
Iberia (old name for Spain) = Land of the Hiberi or Hebrews. ‘Sakai’ on Persian inscriptions means ‘Sak’ short for ‘Isaac’s sons.’
Note: These evidences are but a few compared with others’ exhaustive findings.
11. Historical and Theological evidence

Historians, and theologians alike (including Yair Davidy, John Hulley of Israel, Angus and Batya Wooten in America, Rabbi Abraham Feld of the Maccabee Institute of Jerusalem who personally endorses Yair Daividy,) all state that the tribes migrated and became mixed with the peoples of N.W. Europe and the British Isles from where their descendents eventually colonised North America, Australia, New Zealand and Africa which also includes the West Indies. Alfred Edersheim, an eminent 19th Century theologian also stated in his writings, "The great mass of the 10 Tribes was, in the days of Yahshua, as in our own day, lost to the Hebrew nation." He also said, "As regards the 10 Tribes... so the fulfilment of the Divine promises to them in the latter days would imply, as it were a second birth to make them once more Israel." The Talmud actually speaks of all 10 Tribes being exiled. (Incidentally, there are Rabbi’s in Israel and many Jewish people, who are expecting the re-emergence of these Tribes and the re-instating them in the country of Israel in our day. This I know from hearing personal observations among friends in Israel.) |

Read Isaiah 11:11-14 "...Yahweh shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people....and from the islands of the sea. He shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah..." This dynamic scripture is discussing the end times, and the day of Messiah’s return. Ezekiel 34:11-16 "...I will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered...out from the countries...that which was lost...will bind up the broken..." 37:19-28 "...I will take the children of Israel from among the nations ...and bring them into their own land...make them one nation...no more two nations... I will make a covenant of peace with them: it shall be an everlasting covenant... My tabernacle also shall be with them..." These scriptures also talk of "Joseph in the hand of Ephraim and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick..." etc. This is all about the last days, (Isaiah 49 also speaks of the ten tribes in the 'latter days')Also, read Isaiah 11:14 "...together they will swoop down on the slopes of the Phillistines on the West..." If the two houses were already one, there would be no need of scriptures like these! Read all about it yourself, and get thoroughly excited, and catch the heart and vision of Yahweh for our day. |
12. What does this mean to us today?

It means, that after today, you will hear the voice of the Shepherd, talking to you about your Hebraic roots, about Shabbat, about the Feast days in Leviticus 23, about the holy names Yahshua, Yahweh. You will be challenged to read Torah more and more, and find its special blessing and revelation when read on the true Shabbat, and learn about your inheritance as part of Israel. You will learn to discern the difference between true Torah and the traditions of men. You will probably begin to pray for Israel in earnest, find yourself loving the Jews and helping to put down anti-semitism in your area. You will begin to enjoy the blessings of Yahweh’s special Sabbath day and the joy and peace it brings into your home. You will begin to develop a hunger for the Word, to find richer, deeper fellowship with others who are also being exercised in this way. Your life and vision will become more meaningful and exciting, as the holy Spirit will continue again to "lead you into all truth". |
Israel is of the utmost importance to Messiah, and to our Heavenly Father.
One day, according to Ezekiel, the two houses will again be united. Indeed, Israel will stand with Judah and they will fight together. (Read Zech. 9:13 "...when I have bent Judah for me, filled the bow with Ephraim,...made them as a sword of a mighty man...")
As you have been reading, you may have felt challenged, or you may have felt a deep inner joy and excitement welling up within you. This will be because the Almighty is beginning to bring you into your inheritance in Israel. I would encourage you to pray over the matter, and ask Yahweh Himself to open up the scriptures to you so that you fully understand the implications of the things we are sharing, and how they can dramatically change your life.
Also, perhaps the words of the theologian Alfred Edersheim implied, you may need to seek for the adoption or second birth which will re-instate you, too, into the Israel of Yahweh. Both houses, Judah and Ephraim need to return to the Almighty, to His Torah.
Be open to the holy Spirit, draw close to your Father in humility and accept that Spirit of adoption which will join you, too, into the true Israel which is being re-gathered and empowered in our day.
Be blessed in the truth, for it will surely set you free!
